Your items will arrive in approximately 3-6 days for express orders. Please do input your street number, zip code and proper format to ensure fast processing.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following business day-typically Monday, excluding holidays.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

All disputes for items shown delivered by carrier must be resolved with the respective carrier, and by ordering you agree to release www.drpenusa.com from any liability regarding delivery confirmed delivered by carrier.

Changes to Orders

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system. Please email us at sales@drpenusa.com for any order changes.

Order Follow up and confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.
